1 lemon box cake
1 lemon instant pudding mix - 3.4 ounces
6 egg yolks
1/2 cup butter, at room temperature
3 tablespoons orange juice
1 lemon, zested
Combine the box cake and instant pudding mix in a large mixing bowl.
Add the egg yolks, butter, orange juice, and lemon zest.
Stir until well blended - like playdough.
Place dough into the rice cooker and smooth the top.
Start rice cooker on cake mode, if available.
Otherwise, set the rice cooker timer for 90 minutes.
The cake is finished when a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Remove cake from rice cooker and place on a wire rack to cool.
Enjoy with or without cream.
