12 chicken drumsticks, trimmed
1/2 cup Frank’s RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
3 tablespoons molasses
5 cloves garlic, crushed and minced
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
cracked black pepper, to taste
Pierce chicken pieces multiple times with a knife.
Add the chicken drumsticks to the sauce and toss to coat.
Cover and allow to marinate for 20 minutes at room temperature.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Line baking sheet with foil for easier cleanup.
Arrange drumsticks in a single layer and drizzle with remaining sauce.
Bake for 40 mins or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
