A Warder once told me Trollocs call the Aiel Waste ‘the Dying Ground.’ I mean to make them give that name to the Two Rivers.

1 pound ground trolloc pork breakfast sausage
2 cups all-purpose biscuit baking mix
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Omitting the baking parchment allows the bottom of the balls to brown and burn a little. Brown equals flavor.
Combine sausage, biscuit mix, and cheddar cheese in a large mixing bowl. Form into walnut-size balls. Place on baking sheet leaving two inches between the balls.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown, and sausage is cooked through.
